Who is John Galt, and why is he still on the King County, Washington Voter Registry?

Dateline: 5 August 2009, in Snohomish County, Washington State, United States of America, ZIP 98077.

Query: Does anybody in the King County Republican Kennel care? Or are all republicans in Washington State content with the crumbs that fall from their masters' tables, perhaps not wishing to rock the boat?

Point: I just received in my mailbox a ballot from King County Elections.
(i) I live several miles outside King County, well within the SnoHoCo boundary.
» this is NOT a mailing address within King County,
» which every three-penny online shopping cart in the world is easily able to determine within a fraction of a second.

(ii) The "voter" to whom the ballot was sent has been dead for several years (Hispanic surname).

(iii) That "voter" - when he did live at this address years ago - was not living in King County, hence should not have been in the King County Voters Registry.

(iv) Apparently, the voting rights of this deceased "voter" has been extended by the King County Elections board. Perhaps Lazarus is now in charge?

IF: Anybody cares,
OR-IF: anybody would like to actually do something (beyond lapping at the boots of their masters),
THEN: please feel free to give me a ring.
